2007-2012年我院急性胰腺炎患者抗菌药物使用情况分析

目的分析该院2007-2012年急性胰腺炎患者抗菌药物使用的合理性。方法选择该院急性胰腺炎患者258例,回顾性分析其抗菌药物的使用情况,采用限定日剂量(DDD)、用药频率(DDDs)、药物利用指数(DUI)评价药物使用的合理性。结果各类药DDDs与总DDDs比值排序最高为硝基咪唑类(29.61%),最低为抗真菌类(0.26%);DUI>1的药物共11种,头孢曲松/舒巴坦DUI最高,为2.00;药物以二联用药为主,占58.53%;抗菌药总平均使用时间为(8.0±5.5)d;药敏试验送检率为16.81%。结论该院急性胰腺炎患者抗菌药物的使用基本合理,但仍存在不合理用药现象,应加强管理,进一步提高合理使用率。

Usage analysis of antibacterial drugs in patients with acute pancreatitis in our hospital from 2007 to 2012

Objective To analyze the usage of antibacterial drugs in patients with acute pancreatitis in our hospital from 2007 to 2012. Methods Select 258 cases patients with acute pancreatitis,retrospectively analyzed their use of antibacte- rials, and evaluated the rationality of drug by DDD, DDDs, DUI. Results The highest ratio of DDDs and total DDDs value a- mong all kinds of drug was nitroimidazole （29.61%）, the lowest was antifungal classes （0. 26% ） ; there were eleven drugs whose DUI 〉 1, the DUI of ceftriaxone sodium / sulbactam sodium is the highest for 2.00 ; two drugs combination accounted for 58.53% ; the total average antibiotic usage time was （ 8.0 ± 5.5 ） d; drug sensitivity test detection rate was 16.81%. Conclusion Anfimicrobial drug use of patients with acute pancreatitis in our hospital is basically rational, but there still has un- reasonable usage, we should strengthen management,and improve the rational use of rate furthermore.
