布地奈德雾化吸人联合西咪替丁治疗小儿支气管哮喘的临床观察

目的 观察布地奈德雾化吸入联合西咪替丁治疗小儿支气管哮喘的临床疗效.方法 采用随机数字表法将135例小儿支气管哮喘患儿随机分为观察组67例和对照组68例.对照组患儿在常规治疗的基础上给予布地奈德雾化吸入治疗,观察组患儿在对照组的基础上静脉滴注西咪替丁,15 mg/kg,1次/d.两组均7d为1疗程.结果 观察组患儿临床症状消失时间及住院时间均显著少于对照组（P＜0.05）；观察组总有效率（94.03％）显著高于对照组（76.47％）,差异有统计学意义（x2=8.24,P＜0.05）；与对照组比较,观察组消化道症状发生率显著降低（P＜0.05）.结论 布地奈德雾化吸入联合西咪替丁治疗小儿支气管哮喘,有较高的临床有效率,且安全有效,值得临床借鉴.

Nebulized budesonide inhalation combined with cimetidine for bronchial asthma in children

Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of nebulized budesonide inhalation combined with cimetidine in the treatment of bronchial asthma in children.Methods 135 children with bronchial asthma were randomly divided into a study group （67 patients） and a control group （68 patients） according to the random number table.The control group received nebulized budesonide inhalation therapy in addition to conventional treatment; while the study group received intravenous infusion of cimetidine of 15 mg/kg once daily in addition to the therapies used in the control group.The treatment course was 7 days for both groups.Results The time to symptom disappearance and length of hospital stay were significantly shorter in the study group than in the control group （P〈0.05）.The total effectiveness rate was was significantly higher in the study group than in the control group （94.03% vs.76.47%,P〈0.05）.The incidence rate of gastrointestinal symptoms,as compared with the control group,was significantly reduced in the study group （P〈0.05）.Conclusions Nebulized budesonide combined with cimetidine is safe and effective in the treatment of bronchial asthma in children,and it is worth using for clinical reference.
