| 摘 要： | 目前,随着人们对小分子神经肽研究的增多,P物质及血管活性肠肽和鼻息肉、直肠息肉等的发生之间的密切相关性已受到许多学者的证明和肯定,而声带息肉的发生、病理与鼻息肉及直肠息肉有相似之处,现拟从以上方面进行论述,以探讨P物质及血管活性肠肽与声带息肉发生的相关性。

| Abstract: | At present,with the increasing studies on neuropeptide,many of them have shown that substance P(SP)and vasoactive intestinal peptide(VIP)are closely related to the occurrence of nasal polyps and colorectal polyps which are similar to the occurrence and pathology of vocal cord polyps.This article will discuss these aspects in order to investigate the relationship between SP,VIP and vocal cord polyps. |
