剥痂并骨痂植骨促进骨折愈合

目的：介绍一种采用剥痂，骨痂植骨＋内固定外周固定架治疗骨折不愈合的手术方法。方法：采用剥痂,骨痂植骨＋内固定或外固定架治疗骨折延迟愈合，不愈合13例。结果：对其中12例随诊平均15个月，骨折全部愈合。其中1例术后11个月外伤再骨折，2例切口感染，2例患肢膝关节屈曲受限。结论：本方法简单易行，骨折愈合率高，经济实用，是治疗骨折不愈合时可供选择的有效方法。

Peeling Callus and Callus-grafting for Enhancement of Fracture Healing

Objective: To present a surgical technique in the treatment of delayed union and nonunion with peeling callus and callus-grafting as well as ORIF or external fixation brace. Methods: Thirteen cases of delayed union or nonunion were treated with peeling callus and callus-grafting as well as ORIF or external fixation brace. Results: Twelve cases were followed-up with an average of 15 months, healing occurred. One case fractured again as a result of suffering a new trauma in 11 months later, 2 of incision infection, 2 of flexion limitation in knee joints. Conclusion: The method is easy to practice,and the healing rate is fairly high. It is an alternative method in the treatment of nonunion.
