摘    要:研究不同浓碱性成纤维细胞生长因子和表皮生长因子对新生大鼠海马神经元生长活性的影响。方法取新生大鼠海马组织进行原代体外分离培养,从细胞形态学方面及应用MTT法观察bFGF和EGF对大鼠海马神经元的影响。结果bFGF能明显促进体外培养大鼠海马神经元存活及突起生长,EGF也能促进其存活,尤以促进突起生长更为明显;

Abstract:Objective To study the growth effects of different concentrations of basic fibroblast growth factor (bFGF) and epidermal growth factor (EGF) on neonatal rat hippocampal neurons. Methods Dissociated neurons were primarily cultured in vitro and the effects of bFGF and EGF on hippocampal neurons were observed in cytomorphology and by MTT method.Results bFGF and EGF can significantly enhance the survival and neurite out growth of rat hippocampal neurons. bFGF and EGF can both slow down the aging of the neurons. Both can increase the intracellular dehydrogenase activity of the neurons. Conclusions bFGF and EGF both can enhance the outgrowth of the neonatal rat hippocampal neurons in vitro.
