基因芯片技术及其在医学领域的应用

摘    要:基因芯片是在固体介质上有序固定上特定的可寻址的核酸分子而形成的核酸微阵列.该技术能一次检测大量的目标分子,是一个高效率和大规模的基因组分析和基因表达研究的技术,可以用于基因表达检测、遗传性疾病诊断、肿瘤相关基因筛选、疾病病原体检测、法医学鉴定等多个方面.

Abstract:When gene chip containing thousands of DNA or RNA seque nce, which used as probes, on silica wafer or nylon membrane are hybridized to l abeled sample, gene expression, DNA sequencing as well as DNA mutation and polym orphism can be analyzed in large scale. The major advance of this technology, as compared to conventional techniques, results from the small size of the array, which allows for a higher accurate, a quicker process and a higher sensitivity e nables the parallel screening of large number of genes simultaneously on one chi p and provides the opportunity to use smaller ampliation of starting material. N ow, its application in medical science has been expanded to research differentia l gene expression, discover new gene, diagnose disease and so on.
