芜湖市大学生吸烟现况及相关因素的研究

目的　了解在校大学生吸烟状况、影响因素 ,为有效地在大学生中控烟提供依据。方法　采用整群抽样方法抽取芜湖市两所高校大学生 15 6 0人进行横断面研究。结果　医科类大学生和师范类大学生总吸烟率分别为2 5 88% ,37 12 % ,其中男生高于女生 ,与吸烟有关的主要因素为社交、解除疲劳、消愁、好奇、家庭因素及父母兄弟姐妹吸烟。结论　在大学生中 ,应积极采取控烟措施 ,提高大学生健康水平。

Sampling Study of Smoking Problems and Related Factors in College Students in Wuhu City

Objective To investigate smoking status, to analyse related factors and different viewpoints on smoking control so as to provide a basis for more effective smoking control strategy in college students. Methods A stratified sampling study of smoking situation and related factors were conducted among 1560 students in two universities in Wuhu city. Results General smoking rate were 25.88%?37.12% respectively in the students of both medical college and teachers training college. The findings indicate that the factors relating about smoking include demand in social intercourse, recovery from fatigue, curiosity, economic income of the family or influence from their relatives . Conclusion To improve students' health, some preventive measures against smoking should be taken for college students.
