| 摘 要： | 目的 提高肾嫌色细胞癌的诊治水平。方法 回顾性分析5例肾嫌色细胞癌资料，结合文献复习进行讨论。结果 3例肾部分切除术，2例行根治性肾切除术，随访个月至4年，4例无瘤存活，1例于术后1年死于中风。结论 肾嫌色细胞癌是一种低度恶性的肾细胞癌，确诊有赖于影像学检查及典型病理表现，治疗以手术为主。 |

| Abstract: | Objective To evaluate the diagnosis,treatment and prognosis of renal chromophobe cell carcinoma(RCCC). Methods 5 cases of RCCC were analysed retrospectively with review of the literature. Results 3 cases underwent partial nephrectomy and 2 cases radical nephrectomy.On follow up for 1/2 to 4 years,4 of the patients have been surviving and tumor free.1 died of apoplexy one year after operation. Conclusions RCCC is a distinct type of renal cell carcinoma exhibiting lower-degree malignancy.Definite diagnosis depends on imaging examinations and the typical pathological features.Open operation is the treatment of choice. |
