试论舒适护理在股骨颈骨折护理中的应用

目的：分析舒适护理在股骨颈骨折护理当中的临床应用价值。方法：选取本科2012年4月-2013年4月收治的98例股骨颈骨折患者，将其随机分为观察组和对照组各49例。为两组患者进行常规的诊断，并根据患者自身的实际情况采用合适的治疗方法予以治疗。在治疗的基础上对照组患者采用常规的护理方法予以干预，观察组患者在常规护理的基础上配合舒适护理予以干预。对比两组患者的临床护理效果，采用VAS评分比较两组患者的疼痛状况，观察并比较两组患者的不良反应发生情况，患者出院后随访半年，观察并对比两组患者的护理并发症的发生情况，比较两组患者的满意率。结果：经过不同的护理，观察组患者的临床护理效果明显优于对照组，观察组患者的VAS评分为（3.7±0.4）分，对照组为（5.2±0.5）分，观察组患者的总有效率和满意率分别为97.96%、100%，对照组分别为75.51%、91.84%，差异具有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论：将舒适护理投入到股骨颈骨折患者的护理中具有显著的临床效果，能够降低患者在治疗过程中的疼痛指数，在临床上有相对较低的不良反应发生率。而且舒适护理还具有更低的护理并发症发生率，更容易得到临床患者的接受和认可，值得在临床上推广使用。

Discussion on the Application of Comfortable Nursing Care in Femoral Neck Fracture

Objective：To investigate the clinical significance of comfortable nurse in femoral neck fracture. Method：Ninty-eight consecutive patients with femoral neck fracture,who attended the inpatient clinic of our Hospital from April 2012 to April 2013. Forty-nine patients were recruited as experimental group ,and another as controls. Two gooups were used by routine nursing,and the experimental group were added in comfortable nursing. The nursing efficacy was assessed by the VAS.Result：The nursing efficacy of experimental group was better than that of control group（P〈0.05）. Conclusion：The clinical significance of nursed comfortablely in femoral neck fracture is significant. It can reduce the pain of patients with femoral neck fracture,and the rate of adverse reactions and nursing complications are low. Patients are more likely to accept and recognition. Therefore,it could be applied to clinical.
