钛种植牙的临床应用与研究发展

摘    要:钛金属耐腐蚀性好,具有优良的生物相容性和机械性能。自本世纪60年代Branemark提出了骨整合概念,该理论被广泛认同。口腔临床种植已普遍使用钛种植牙。单一的钛金属种植体简单的制备工艺已不能满足临床的需要,为促进种植牙早期骨整合和更高的结合强度,通过钛金属表面改性而使其更好的与骨组织形成生物结合,综述近年来最新的结合物理,生物化学的钛种植牙金属表面的改性方法和研究发展。

Abstract:Titanium has good anti-corrosive property and excellent biocompatibility and mechanical properties. Since Branemark put forth the concept of osseointegration in the 1960s,the theory has been widely accepted.As titanium implant teeth are already widely used in dental implantation,simplex titanium implant and simple preparation technique no longer meet clinical needs.In order to promote early osseointegration and obtain higher bond strength of implant teeth, the titanium surface is modified so to form a better bio-bond with the osseous tissue.This paper summarizes the latest modification methods and research development of titanium implant teeth in combination with physical and biochemical factors.
