| 摘 要： | 目的：探讨利多卡因阻滞麻醉混合必兰局部浸润麻醉拔除下颌磨牙的麻醉效果。方法：将60例患者按随机数字表法分为三组，每组20例。第一组2%利多卡因5 mL行下牙槽、颊、舌神经一次性阻滞麻醉；第二组必兰1.7 mL行颊、舌侧浸润麻醉；第三组行混合麻醉，即第一组＋第二组。结果：第三组麻醉效果明显优于其余两组，差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论：利多卡因阻滞麻醉混合必兰局部浸润组麻醉效果显著，值得临床推广。

| Abstract: | Objective：To explore the anesthetic efficacy of lidocaine block anesthesia mixed articaine infiltration anesthesia on the mandibular molar extraction.Method：60 patients were randomly divided into three groups,each group had 20 cases. The 1st group was injected lidocaine 5 mL with block anesthesia,the 2nd group was injected articaine 1.7 Ml with infiltration anesthesia,the 3rd group was given mixed anesthesia,the 1st group＋the 2nd group.Result：The anesthesia effect of the 3rd group was better than the other two groups（P〈0.05）.Conclusion：The application of mixed anesthesia on the mandibular molar extraction can get good effect,it is fit for clinical use. |
