我院2197名教师的体检分析及对策

目的：对本院2013年2197名参检教师的体检资料进行统计分析,了解教师异常患病情况,以便更早地进行健康干预。方法：常规测定本院2013年2197名参检教师的身高、体重、血压、B超、空腹血糖、血脂、肝肾功能等观察指标。结果：按阳性检出率由高到低依次为超重和肥胖（40.52%）、血脂异常（38.07%）、脂肪肝（32.86%）、心电图改变（24.17%）、胆囊息肉（9.29%）、ALT异常（7.21%）。检出率较高的几种疾病,除胆囊息肉外,男性检出率均明显高于女性,差异均有统计学意义（P〈0.01）。常见病症检出率随年龄增大,检出率增高,其中超重肥胖、血脂、脂肪肝等方面比较差异更为显著（P〈0.05或P〈0.01）。结论：教师们超重肥胖、血脂异常、脂肪肝等患病率较高,健康状况不容乐观,尤其是男性,应加强健康教育,定期体检,尽早控制心脑血管疾病的危险因素,提高生活质量。

Physical Analysis and Countermeasures of 2197 Teachers in Our Hospital

Objective：To analyze statistically the physical examination data of 2179 teachers who have examined in our hospital in 2013,and understand the prevalence situation of teachers,in order to implement health intervention much earlier.Method：The observation indicators of height,weight,blood pressure,type-B ultrasonic,fasting blood glucose,blood lipids,liver and kidney function etc of 2197 teachers in our hospital in 2013 were determined routinely. Result：According to the positive detection rate from high to low：overweight and obesity（40.52%）,dyslipidemia （38.07%）,fatty liver（32.86%）,ECG changes（24.17%）,gallbladder polyps（9.29%） and ALT anomaly（7.21%）. The detection rates of above several kinds of diseases were higher,in addition to the gallbladder polyps,the male were significantly higher than female,the differences were statistically significant（P〈0.01）.The detection rate of common diseases increased with age,the detection rate increased,the overweight and obesity,respects lipids,fatty liver were more significant（P〈0.05 orP〈0.01）.Conclusion：The overweight and obesity, dyslipidemia, fatty liver prevalence rate of teachers were higher.The health status is not optimistic,especially men.It is necessary to strengthen health education, regular physical examination,early control of risk factors of cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases,improve the quality of life.
