鼻咽癌患者的影像学诊断分析比较

目的：探讨鼻咽癌患者的DR和CT影像学表现，提高其诊断的准确性。方法：回顾性分析本院2011年1月-2014年1月经病理学证实的72例鼻咽癌患者的DR和CT的影像学资料，比较其影像诊断价值。结果：通过DR对病变能够提供鼻咽癌诊断的病例共54例（75.00%），通过CT能够提供鼻咽癌诊断的病例共70例（97.22%），差异有统计学意义（χ2=14.86，P〈0.05），CT与DR相比，更有优势，且两种方法合并诊断率达100%。在不同鼻咽癌位置中，CT对于颅底骨质的检出率明显高于普通放射的DR诊断，差异有统计学意义（χ2=7.29，P〈0.05）。经过临床观察，CT诊断的临床分期在Ⅳ期患者中的临床符合率均明显高于DR诊断方法，差异均有统计学意义（χ2=9.44，P〈0.05）。结论：DR可以初步诊断鼻咽骨质破坏，CT能更清楚地显示鼻咽部位的侵犯范围，两者结合可为该病诊断和临床治疗提供更全面的影像信息。

Analysis and Comparison of Imaging Diagnosis on Nasopharyngeal Carcinoma Patients

Objective：To investigate the manifestations of DR and CT images of Nasopharyngeal carcinoma, improve the accuracy of diagnosis.Method：The imaging data of 72 patients with nasopharyngeal carcinoma confirmed by pathology in our hospital from January 2011 to January 2014 were retrospectively analyzed,the diagnostic value of two methods of inspection was compared.Result：The DR diagnosis of nasopharyngeal carcinoma of the lesion was a total of 54 cases（75.00%）,the CT diagnosis of nasopharyngeal carcinoma was 70 cases（97.22%）,the difference was statistically significant（ χ2=14.86,P〈0.05）,therefore,CT compared with DR,had more advantages,and the two methods combined diagnosis rate up to 100%.In nasopharyngeal carcinoma position,CT for diagnosis of the skull base detection was significantly higher than DR of conventional radiation,the difference was statistically significant （χ2=7.29,P〈0.05）.Through clinical observation,CT diagnostic accordance rate in patients with of clinical stagingⅣwere significantly higher than those of DR diagnostic method,the differences were statistically significant（χ2=9.44, P〈0.05）.Conclusion：DR can be a preliminary diagnosis of nasopharyngeal bony destruction,CT can show more clearly the extent of nasopharyngeal parts,the combination of image can provide more comprehensive for the disease diagnosis and clinical treatment of image information.
