贝那普利联合氨氯地平治疗高血压心力衰竭的疗效观察

目的：评价贝那普利联合氨氯地平治疗高血压心力衰竭患者的疗效。方法：选取2011年1月-2012年8月在本院门诊和病房治疗的68例高血压心力衰竭患者，按照随机数字表法将其分为观察组和对照组各34例。观察组给予贝那普利（10 mg/d）联合氨氯地平（5 mg/d）治疗。对照组仅给予贝那普利治疗（10 mg/d），12周为一疗程。观察比较两组患者的降压效果及治疗前后左室舒张功能的变化。结果：两组治疗后的HR、SBP和DBP均明显低于治疗前，差异均有统计学意义（P〈0.05），但两组间比较差异无统计学意义（P〉0.05）。观察组治疗后的LVEDD缩小率、LVESD缩小率和LVEF改善率均明显高于对照组，差异均有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论：贝那普利联合氨氯地平治疗能明显改善高血压心力衰竭患者左室功能，能够达到减少高血压患者心、脑、肾、血管并发症的发生，提高患者生活质量，疗效确切，效价比高，是较理想的降压药物。

Clinical Observation of Benazepril Combined with Amlodipine in Treatment of Hypertensive Heart Failure

Objective：To evaluate the effect of benazepril combined with amlodipine in treatment of hypertensive heart failure.Method：68 patients with hypertensive heart failure out patient wards in our hospital from January 2011 to August 2012 were selected,they were divided into the control group and the observation group according to the random number table method,34 cases in each group.The observation group was given amlodipine（5 mg/d）combined with benazepril（10 mg/d）,the control group was only given benazepril（10 mg/d）.12 weeks for a course of treatment.The antihypertensive effect and left ventricular diastolic function changes before and after treatment of the two groups were observed and compared.Result：The HR,SBP and DBP of the two groups after treatment were significantly lower than those of control group,the differences were statistically significant（P〈0.05）.But there was no statistically significant difference between two groups（P〉0.05）.The LVEDD reduction rate,LVESD reduction rate and LVEF improvement rate of observation group were significantly higher than those of control group,the differences were statistically significant （P〈0.05）.Conclusion：Benazepril combined with amlodipine treatment can significantly improve left ventricular function in hypertensive patients with heart failure,can reduce hypertension in patients with heart,brain,kidney,vascular complications,improve the quality of life of patients,curative effect is exact,high titer,is an ideal antihypertensive drugs.
