| 摘 要： | 目的：总结内镜下治疗（包括高频电凝电切及内镜下黏膜切除术）胃息肉的护理配合、术前和术后护理要点和重要性。方法：对128例经病理检查排除恶性病变胃息肉患者，在电子胃镜下行高频电凝、电切或黏膜切除术治疗，并在治疗前后与医生采取有针对性的护理。结果：128例胃息肉患者内镜下治疗后均无严重并发症发生，无一例转外科手术。结论：护理工作在内镜下治疗胃息肉中有重要意义，而心理护理和术前准备、术中配合、术后护理及并发症观察是治疗成功的关键。

| Abstract: | Objective： To summarize nursing cooperation, preoperative and postoperative nursing points and significance of endoscopic treatment （ including high frequency electric coagulation and eleetroeision, EMR ） of gastric polyps.Method： In 128 cases of gastric polyps with excluding malignant lesions by pathological examination were treated with high frequency electric coagulation, electrocision, EMR, and taken targeted nursing before and after treatment with the doctor.Result： No serious complications and surgery were happened in 128 cases of gastric polyps after endoscopic treatment.Conclusion： Nursing has very important significance in the endoscopic treatment of gastric polyps and the success key include mental nursing, preoperative preparation, perioperative coordination, postoperative nursing and observation on complications. |
