配戴RGP镜矫正中高度散光引起的弱视的疗效观察

目的 研究硬性透气性角膜接触镜（RGP）在因中高度散光引起弱视中的治疗效果.方法 对在我院眼科就诊的中高度散光弱视患者,根据自愿分别给以配戴RGP及框架眼镜,进行正规弱视综合训练,观察两组的矫正视力（当天、1、3、6个月矫正视力）.结果 RGP组矫正视力较框架眼镜组的矫正视力提高明显;且相同时间段治疗效果,RGP组明显优于框架眼镜组.结论 配戴RGP比配戴框架眼镜有更优秀的视觉质量,是治疗中高度散光引起的弱视有效、值得使用推广的方法.

The clinical effects of using RGP for amblyopia with midrange or high astigmatism

Objective To explore the clinical effects of using rigid gas-permeable contact lenses （RGP） for amblyopia with midrange or high astigmatism. Methods A total of 60 patients （ including 72 eyes） were enrolled in this study. They were randomly divided into RGP group and frame glasses group. Then the two groups received the same combined training to treat amblyopia 6 month after wearing glasses and the conditions of sight were observed that day, 1,3,6 months after wearing glasses. Result The enhancement of visuaI acuity in RGP group was remarkably better than that in control group. There was a significant difference between two groups over the same time. Conclusion RGP are superior to frame glasses because it can provide better optic corrections and better corrected visual acuity. RGP has good therapeutic effect to improve visual acuity for amblyopia with midrange or high astigmatism.
