综合护理干预在改善慢性胃炎和消化性溃疡患者生活质量中的价值分析

目的：分析综合护理干预在改善慢性胃炎和消化性溃疡患者生活质量中的价值。方法：选取本院2013年2月-2014年2月收治的240例慢性胃炎和消化性溃疡患者作为研究对象，按照随机数字表法将其分为观察组和对照组各120例，其中对照组采取常规治疗手段，观察组在对照组的基础上采取综合护理干预手段，观察比较两组患者的治疗效果及NHP（诺丁汉健康调查问卷）评分。结果：经过综合护理干预后，观察组的总有效率91.7%（110/120）明显高于对照组的72.5%（87/120），NHP各项指标评分均明显高于对照组，差异均有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论：综合护理干预能够有效改善慢性胃炎和消化性溃疡患者生活质量，在临床上值得借鉴和进一步推广。

The Value Analysis of Comprehensive Nursing Intervention in Improving the Quality of Life for Patients with Chronic Gastritis and Peptic Ulcer

Objective：To analyze the value of comprehensive nursing intervention in improving the quality of life for patients with chronic gastritis and peptic ulcer in value.Method：240 patients with chronic gastritis and peptic ulcer in our hospital from February 2013 to February 2014 were selected as the research object,they were divided into the observation group and the control group according to the random number table method,120 cases in each group. The control group was treated with conventional method,the observation group was treated with comprehensive nursing intervention on the basis of control group,the treatment effect and and NHP（Nottingham health questionnaire）score of the two groups were observed and compared.Result：After the comprehensive nursing intervention,the total effective rate of observation group was 91.7%（110/120）,it was significantly higher than 72.5%（87/120）of control group,NHP each index scores were significantly higher than those of control group,the differences were statistically significant（P〈0.05）. Conclusion：Comprehensive nursing intervention can effectively improve the quality of life in patients with chronic gastritis and peptic ulcer,worthy of reference and further promotion in clinic.
