内侧型蝶骨嵴脑膜瘤的显微手术治疗

摘    要:目的:探究内侧型蝶骨嵴脑膜瘤的显微手术治疗效果,为临床显微手术治疗内侧型蝶骨嵴脑膜瘤提供参考。方法:收集本院2008—2013年收治的30例内侧型蝶骨嵴脑膜瘤患者的临床资料,观察患者的临床治疗效果,并对患者术前、术后生活质量进行评价和对比,生活质量评分包括生活能力、日常生活、健康感受、生活感受及家庭支持几个方面。结果:经手术治疗,18例患者痊愈,‘10例好转,2例无效,总有效率达93.33%。患者术前生活质量总评分为(61.16±4.69)分,术后为(93.33±3.97)分,患者术后的生活质量评价总评分以及各分项得分均明显高于术前,差异有统计学意义(P〈0.05)。结论:采用显微手术治疗内侧型蝶骨嵴脑膜瘤,可明显提高患者生活质量,手术总有效率高,疗效显著,值得临床推广使用。

Abstract:Objective: To investigate the effect of mierosurgical treatment of medial sphenold ridge meningioma, to offer reference of mierosurgical treatment for clinical medial sphenoid ridge meningioma.Method: The clinical data 30 cases of medial sphenoid ridge meningioma in our hospital from 2008 to 2013 were collected.Clinical effect and preoperative and postoperative life quality were observed and evaluated.Life quality scores included life skills, daily life, health experience, life experience and family support aspects.Result: After surgery, 18 cases were cured, 10 cases improved, 2 cases ineffective, the total effective rate was 93.33%.Preoperative life quality total score was ( 61.16 冯鋆 4.69 ) points, and postoperative quality of life total score was ( 93.33 冯鋆 3.97 ) points.The postoperative life quality total score and sub-scores were significantly higher than the preoperative , and the difference was statistically significant ( P〈0.05 ) . Conclusion: The microsurgical treatment of medial sphenoid ridge meningioma, can significantly improve the quality of life of patients and surgical total effective rate, the effect is significant, worthy of clinical use.
