社区康复指导对糖尿病患者治疗依从性和血糖的影响

目的探讨社区康复指导对糖尿病患者治疗依从性和血糖的影响。方法选择社区管理的2型糖尿病患者106例为研究对象,均给予1年康复指导。随访8个月,观察患者指导前后空腹血糖（FPG）、餐后2 h血糖（2 h PG）、糖化血红蛋白（Hb A1c）变化及治疗依从性。结果 106例患者经康复指导,服药依从、合理饮食、定期复查、自我监测及运动锻炼等治疗依从性均较指导前显著提高（P〈0.01）;FPG、2 h PG及Hb A1c均较指导前显著降低（P〈0.01）。结论社区康复指导有助于提高糖尿病患者治疗依从性,有效控制血糖水平,值得临床推广应用。

Influence of community based rehabilitation guidance on the blood glucose levels in diabetic patients

Objective To discuss the influence of the community rehabilitation guidance on the blood glucose levels in diabet -ic patients.Methods One hundred and six patients with type 2 diabetes under the community management were selected as the re -search objects and were given a 1-year rehabilitation guidance and a 8-month follow-up.Fasting blood glucose （FPG）,2 h postprandial blood glucose （2 hPG）, glycosylated hemoglobin and treatment compliance before and after the guidance were observed .Results After the guidance, indexes of medication compliance ,reasonable diet,regular check,self monitoring,exercise improved significantly （ P 〈0.01）,FPG,2 hPG,glycosylated hemoglobin guidance were obviously lower than that before the guidance （ P 〈0.01）.Conclusion Community rehabilitation guidance can help to improve the compliance of patients with diabetes and effectively control blood glucose level.
