| 摘 要： | 通用型肿瘤抗原是新近报道的一类只在绝大多数肿瘤细胞的癌变全过程中表达，而在正常组织中无表达的肿瘤抗原。以这类新抗原制备的广谱抗肿瘤疫苗可用于多种癌症的免疫治疗。文章对目前已鉴定的四种通用型肿瘤抗原的主要特性及其应用作一综述。

| Abstract: | Universal cancer antigen is a newly reported tumor antigen, which expressed at the whole process in majority cancer cells, but not in the normal tissues. The broad-spectrum cancer vaccine prepared with the new antigens can be used as immunotherapy for many cancers. The characteristics and application of four verificated universal cancer antigens is reviewed in this article. |
