摘    要:以铈代铅作捕获剂、经实质灌注固定、液氮冷冻组织来研究小鼠肝脏葡萄糖-6-磷酸酶(G-6-Pase)。电镜观察见酶反应沉淀物位于内质网的膜上、池内及核膜上,颗粒细微、均匀,电子密度较高,未见非特异性反应产物和酶反应物弥散。反应物积聚量与细胞内酶活性相一致。细胞超微结构保存完好。

Abstract:Cerium instead lead as a capturing agent, used with transparenchymal perfusion, and melting nitrogen freezing of the tiusse, the ultrastructural localization of G-6-Pase activity in mouse liver is introduced. Gerium phosphate reaction pro uct was found in the memberane and cisternae of both rough and smooth endoplasmic reticulum and nuclear envelope, it appeared a fine and uniform high electrondense precipitate without nonspecific deposition. The amount of reaction product was directly proportional to the enzyme activity, and the ultratructural morphology was reserved well.
