| 摘 要： | 对28例高原肺心病在综合治疗同时辅以茶色素治疗,进行服药后甲襞微循环和血SaO_2、PaO_2、PCO_2、Hb及呼吸、心率、紫绀、浮肿等变化对比观察。结果表明,微循环血流速度和流态积分服药前后有显著差异(P<0.05),血气值和体征有明显改善(P<0.01)。说明应用茶色素可改善高原肺心病的血液三高状态,疏通肺微循环,提高肺血气交换率及改善机体低氧状况。

| Abstract: | This essay sums up the experience in treating plateau lung and heart problems in comprehensive way together with the aid of tea-coloured pigment. After dose, contrast, comparison and scrutiny have been made on the following changes; nailfold mi- crocirculation blood SaO2,PaO2,PCO2, Hb, breathing, heart rhythm, cyanosis, dropsy, etc. The result shows there exists obvious difference in blood flowing rate in micro-circulation and fluid integral before and after dose (P<0. 05) and sap value and physical conditions have been greatly improved. The afore-said further demonstrates application of tea-coloured pigment plays an active and important role in improving '3 high' blood, dredging lung micro-circulation, and enhancing the exchange rate of lung saps. |
