| 摘 要： | 总结了32例低钾型周期性麻痹患者的临床资料。急性肌无力伴急性低血钾症为其临床特点。原发性26例，继发性6例，均为甲亢患者。结合文献，对本病的病因、发病机理、诊断及鉴别诊断、治疗及预防进行了讨论，对继发性低钾型周围性麻痹患者应强调病因治疗。

| Abstract: | We have reviewed the clinical data of 32 cases of periodic paralysis, which are characterized by attacks of weakness of muscles and acute hypokalium. All these cases, including 26 primary and 6 secondary, are thyrotoxic patients. Combined with literature, the etiology, pathogenesis, diagnosis, distinguishing diagnosis, treatment and prevention of the disorder are discussed. As the review indicated, treatment versus pathogeny should be emphasized in the secondary hypokalaemic periodic paralysis patients. |
