准分子激光原位角膜磨镶术常规技术与游离瓣技术治疗远视的对比研究

目的比较准分子激光原住角膜磨镶术（laser in situ keratomileusis．LASIK）常规技术与游离瓣技术（LASIK—Fn治疗远视的疗效。方法选择150例（280眼）远视患者，随机分为常规技术组（A组）和游离瓣组（B组），A组67例（120眼），B组83例（160眼），每一组又分成两个亚组：即单纯远视组（al，B1）和远视散光组fA2，B2）。A纽采用常规LASIK手术方法，角膜瓣厚度为130-160μm，带蒂角膜瓣直径为9．5—10．5mm．切削直径为6．01μm，过渡区半径为3．0mm。B组在常规LASIK手术方法的基础上．完全游离角膜瓣，而不进行缝合。术后第6个月分析所有患者的非矫正视力和屈光度。结果术后第6个月，A1组非矫正视力：i≥4．7的占92．86％，≥4．9的占28．56％，≥5．0的占7．14％；等效屈光度为（＋1．05±0．75）D。A2组非矫正视力：≥4．7的占78．00％，≥4．9的占22．00％，≥5．0的占4．00％；等效屈光度为（＋0．37~0．94）D。B1组非矫正视力：≥4．7的占92．22％。≥4．9的占82．22％，≥5．0的占34．44％；等效屈光度为（＋0．45±1．00）D。B2组非矫正视力：≥4．7的占90．00％。≥4．9的占78．57％．≥5．0的占31．43％；等效屈光度为（＋0．06＋0．60）D。结论应用LASIK—FF手术治疗远视。疗效明显优于常规LASIK。

A study in the results of normal LASIK and LASIK-FF for treatment of hyper-opia

Objective To investigate the effectiveness of LASIK and LASIK-FF in the treatment of hyperopia. Methods One hundred and fifty patients （280 eyes） with hyperopia were randomly divided into normal LASIK （A） and LASIK-FF （13） groups. Groups A and B were further divided into simple hyperopia （A1, B1） and hyperopic astigmatism （A2, B2） groups. Each patient was tested for uncorrected visual acuity and refractive error after 6 months postop- eration. Results Six months after the operation, the uncorrected visual acuities of simple hyperopic patients in the LASIK group were：≥4.7, 92.86%, ≥4.9, 28.56%, and ≥5.0, 7.14%; refractive （＋1.05±0.75）D. Corresponding values for the LASIK-FF group were： 92.22%, 82.22%, and 34.44%; refractive error was （＋0.45±1.00）D. Hyperopic astigmatisms for patients in the normal LASIK group were 78.00%, 22.00%, and 4.00%; refractive error （＋0.37±0.94）D. And in the LASIK-FF group were：90.00%, 78.57%, and 31.43%; refractive error was （＋0.06±0.60）D. Condusion For hyperopia, LASIK-FF has an advantage over normal LASIK.
