| 摘 要： | 目的：研究体外培养的表皮细胞膜片覆盖于烧伤Ⅱ、Ⅲ度创面上，是否可以获得理想的永久性皮肤替代物。方法：应用空气一液体界面培养方法，将自体一异体表皮细胞按一定比例(1：1)混合后培养出细胞膜片，移植于10例烧伤病人的深Ⅱ、Ⅲ度创面上，并观察其愈合情况。结果：移植16块膜片，成功11块，失败5块(其主要原因为感染、受压及移动)。结论：该方法简单易行，为缺乏皮源的烧伤病人提供了一个可用的方法。

| Abstract: | Objective:To research whether the cultured epidermic cell film can be a permanent skin substitute. Method:Using the air-liquid method to culture human auto/allogenic epidermic cells, and graft on the deep second degree and third degree wound bed of 10 patients. Result:10 of 16 films growth well and 5 of them ceased growing because of infection, shift or pressure. Conclusion:Mixed culture of human epidermic cell can be a good way for those patients in serious burn injury. |
