| 摘 要： | 本文对近10年间收治的70岁以上高龄急性心肌梗塞(AMI)83例与同期70岁以下AMI 432例进行了对比分析。表明高龄患者无痛性心梗发病高,合并泵衰及心源性休克多,病死率高。其病死率与梗塞范围、梗塞珠数及有无冠心病易患因素无关,提示年龄是影响高龄AMI病死率的关键因素。

| Abstract: | The comparative analysis of acute myocardial infarction wan made betwcen 83 cases over 70 ycais old treated in ward and 432 cascs below 70 years old of the lart ten years. The fesults thowed that cascs of higher age group had high incidences of non-pain myocardial infarction, freqaently complicated with power failure and cardiac shock, had high fatalily rate which was not related to infarction area, infarction times, and predisposing factors of coronary heart disease. This suggested that age wss the key factor affec ting AMI fatality rate of aged cases. |
