人胚胎肝动脉血管构筑的形态学研究

应用肝动脉血管铸型,扫描电镜观察方法,研究了24周人胚胎肝脏微循环血管三维构筑特点。本文观察了肝内微血管芽生的形态学特征,观察到肝内存在有血管球及特殊类型的血管网;讨论了胚胎肝内微循环血管构筑的临床意义,为胚胎肝移植术提供血管立体构筑的形态学基础。

The Morphological Study on Hepatic Arterial Vascular Architecture of Human Fetus

The characteristics of the three dimensional architecture of the hepatic microcirculatory vessels of 24 weeks human fetus were studied by way of the hepatic vascular casts and the scanning electron microscopic observation. The morphological features of the bud growing in the intrahepatic microvessels and the intrahepatic vascular halls and the special type of the intrahepatic vascular networks were also observed. The clinical significance of the vascular architecture of the intrahepatic microcirculation of human fetus was discussed. The purpose of this paper is to provide the morphological basis of the vascular three dimensional architecture for the fetus hepatic transplantation.
