接触皮毛粉尘工人的累积接尘量与肺功能损害关系的研究

对212名接触皮毛粉尘男性工人与207名男性对照工人进行了肺功能检测。并对累积接尘量与肺功能损害的关系进行了研究。结果表明,接尘组肺功能各指标(FVC、FEV_1、V_(50)、V_(25))的实测值占预计值%均较对照组为低。肺功能损害随累积接尘量的增加而加重(P<0.01),肺功能异常率则随累积接尘量增加而增高(P<0.01)。多因素分析表明,接尘是导致肺功能下降的主要因素,吸烟也与肺功能呈负相关关系。皮毛粉尘接触量与肺功能损害呈明显的剂量-反应关系。据此本文推荐了皮毛粉尘的接触限值。

Study on Relationship between the Cumulative Dose of Fur Dust and Pulmonary Function Injury

Pulmonary function tests were carried out on 212 furriers and 207 control workers, Cumulative level of dust exposure was used as exposure level to relate pulmonary function injury in furriers. The results showed that furriers had lower levels of percent predicted pulmonary function than those of control workers. As the cumulative level of dose exposure increased, average levels of pulmonary function (FVC, FEV_1, V_(50) ,V_(25)in male furriers significantly declined (P<0.01). Also, the prevalence of pulmonary function abnormalities significantly increased as cumulative dose of dust exposure increased. Stepwise analusis showed that pulmonary function had a negative relation with dust exposure and smoking, Our results demonstrated that there was an dose-response relation in dust exposure and pulnonary function injury in fur dust-exposure workers. Based on this dose-response relation, exposure limits for fur dust is proposed.
