| 摘 要： | 对12例病毒性肝病肾活检及37例肝硬化尸检肾病变,进行了较详细的研究。结果:1.肾活检中:急性乙型黄痘性肝炎的肾脏病变为系膜增生性肾炎;其余的乙型肝炎肾脏病变,分别为膜增殖性肾炎、局灶性节段性硬化性/增生性肾炎及膜性肾炎;肝硬化的肾脏病变为系膜增生性肾炎。2.肝硬化尸检的肾脏主要病变为肝硬化性肾小球硬化,病变较轻,主要是基质硬化。

| Abstract: | Renal biopsies of 12 cases with viral hepatitis and autopsics of 37 cases with hopatocirrhosis were studied in detail.In the biopsics,the renal lesions with acute icteric hepatitis were membranous proliferative glomerulonephritis (GN) ,the renal lesions with cirrhosis were mesangial proliferative GN.In the autorsies,the main lesions of the kidney with hepatocirrhosis were hepatocirrhotic glomerulosclerosis,a kind of mild lesion matrix sclerosis, mainly. |
