| 摘 要： | 采用Southern Blotting技术分析41例原发肺癌erbB-1、erbB-2基因扩增情况,发现13例肺鳞癌中1例erbB-1扩增并重排,2/16肺腺癌erbB-1扩增,未发现该基因扩增与肺癌临床过程有明显关系。erbB-2在肺腺癌与鳞癌中均未检出扩增。首次报告1例小细胞肺癌erbB-2扩增。

| Abstract: | Gene amplification is one of the major routes of proto-oncogene activation, it is also common event during lung carcinogenesis, both erbB-1 and erbB-2 are genes encoding receptors of growth factors, and are homogenous with the viral oncogene, v-erbB. In this study,the amplifications of the two genes were examined in primary lung cancer by Southern Blot analysis. Probes were HER-A64-1 and HER2-436-1 for erbB-1 and erbB-2, respectively. The results showed that erbB-1 gene amplification occured in non small cell lung cancers (one of 13 epidemoid carcinomas, two of 16 adenocarcinomas), but no definite correlation was demonstrated between gene amplifications and clinical features. Amplifications of erbB2 was not observed in epidemoid carcinomas and adenocarcinomas, but was found in 1 of 6 small cell lung cancers. |
