| 摘 要： | 目的:观察中成药小金丸治疗良性前列腺增生的有效性和安全性。方法:将160例良性前列腺增生病人随机分成两组,每组80例。小金丸组,予小金丸0.6g×2,po,bid;非那雄胺组,予非那雄胺5mg,po,qd,疗程均为6mo。结果:用药后,小金丸组国际前列腺症状评分(IPSS)下降了(6.9±0.7)分,非那雄胺组下降了(6.4±0.7)分,两组间比较无显著差异(p>0.05)。用药后两组最大尿流率(Qmax)和残余尿改善值差异无显著意义(p>0.05),前列腺体积和血清前列腺特异性抗原(PSA)下降幅度差异无显著意义(p>0.05)。结论:小金丸治疗良性前列腺增生症安全、有效。

| Abstract: | Objective： To observe the effect and security of the Chinese patent medicine Xiaojinwan in the treatment of benign prostatic hyperplasia. Methods： 160 cases of BPH were divided into 2 groups randomly. Every group had 80 cases. One served with the Chinese patent medicine Xiaojinwan, and anther one with Finasteride. In every case, the treatment lasted for 6 months. Results.. The IPSS is decreased for 6.9±0.7 with the treatment of Xiaojinwan, while 6.4±0.7 with Finasteride. There is no distinct difference between the 2 groups. The Qmax and improvement of the remains of urine are not distinctly different between the 2 groups, so with the volume of the prostate and the decrease of the PSA. Conclusion. It is effect and security to treat the BPH with the Chinese patent medicine Xiaojinwan. |
