输尿管镜处理上尿路术后尿漏

目的探讨治疗上尿路术后并发尿漏的有效方法。方法对21例上尿路术后并发尿漏的患者采用输尿管镜技术处理,回顾分析其治疗效果。结果在输尿管镜下成功解除20例患者的病因并留置引流管,术后1￣5d漏尿消失,无并发症发生,随访3个月￣6a无尿漏复发,1例处理失败。结论输尿管镜技术处理上尿路术后尿漏有插管引流成功率高、疗效好、减少再次开放手术等优点,是处理上尿路术后尿漏的一种有效方法。

Treating urine leakage of upper urinary tract by ureteroscopy

Objective] To evalue the effect of ureteroscopy in treatment of urine leakage after operation. Methods] 21 cases of urine leakage patients after upper urinary tract operation were treated by ureteroscopy, and the data were retrospectively analyzed. Results] 20 cases were relieved pathogeny and indwelled stents successfully. Urine leakage disappeared after 1~5 days. There were no relapse and other complications followed up for 3 months to 6 years. 1 case was failed. Conclusions] Ureteroscopy has the advantage of high rate of indwelling stents and good efficacy, reduced the possibility of operating again. It is an ideal treatment for urine leakage after upper urinary tract operation.
