| 摘 要： | 2型糖尿病（T2DM）合并高血压组血小板5-羟色胺（5-HT）明显低于T2DM组及正常对照组；血小板5-HT与SBP、DBP、TG呈负相关。糖尿病高血压和血脂异常促进血小板内源性5-HT释放并起协同作用。

| Abstract: | The level of 5-hydroxytryptamine (5-HT) in group of diabetes with hypertension was significantly lower than in type 2 diabetes group and normal control. The level of platelet 5-HT was negatively related with systolic pressure, diastolic pressure and serum triglyceride. Hypertension and dyslipidemia in coordination with each other enhanced the platelet 5-HT release in diabetes. |
