| 摘 要： | 自学——讨论——总结——探索（SDSR）四阶式教学组织形式,通过评价认为符合教育教学及学习与认知规律,能够体现“以学生为中心”的教育思想及“以学生为中心”教学模式的真正内涵,利于学生组织协调、沟通交流、创新思维等能力的培养,适合在卫生管理专业推广应用。但是,这种SDSR组织形式的推行必须满足两个条件：一是作为教师应该具备的条件,二是作为学生应该具备的条件。

| Abstract: | In this paper we design the teaching model of SDSR(self-study,discussion,summary and research) and give an assessment that it is fit for teaching,study and acknowledgement law.It embodies the teaching orientation and essence in the "student-oriented model".It also benefits the coordination,communication and creativity in the students' ability training.But two prerequisites are required,one is for teachers and the other is for students. |
