我院护理人员绩效工资改革的做法与体会

摘    要:目的制定并落实公平、合理的绩效工资分配制度,体现多劳多得、优劳多得、按劳取酬、公平合理的分配原则,充分调动护理人员的工作积极性。方法成立“护理服务中心”,根据护理质量、科室开支比例、岗位系数、科室绩效等内容对全院各护理单元的绩效工资进行评定,并指导、审核各护理单元二级分配方案及其落实情况。结果护理质量得到提升,病人满意度及护理人员对工作的满意度提高。结论护理人员绩效工资改革可以提高护理工作质量和病人满意度。

Abstract:Objective To develop and implement equal and rational salary system,embody the principle of more win with more labor and equity distribution,and motivate nurses' working enthusiasm. Methods A "nursing service centre" was set up to evaluate nurses' salary based on the quality of nursing,cost- benefit ratio, post coefficient,department performance,and to supervise the distribution of nurses' perfor nurses salary in each department. Results This practice significantly improved the quality of nursing,increased patients' satisfaction and nurses' job satisfaction. Conclusion The reform of performance salary for nursing staff can improve the quality of nursing and increase patients' satisfaction.
