鼠伤寒沙门氏菌医院内感染48例分析

该市1984年到1985年、四个医院内出现鼠伤寒沙门氏菌,属医院内感染,其中两个医院儿科呈医院内感染暴发流行。两年共发生鼠伤寒感染48例,其中40例属医院内感染。≤1岁者占发病人数的83.33%,院内感染死亡率为10%,延长住院时间平均17天。医院感染菌株皆属于多重耐性耐药,其难治性及较高的死亡率,危害住院病人的生命和健康。通过48例中和40例医院内感染的临床特点分析,建议医院成立有权威的监督医院内感染的机构——“医院内感染控制委员会”,采取专门措施,解决当前医院内感染的问题。

The Seriousness and Management of cross Iufection within Hospital with salmonella of Mouse Typhoid

The cross infection within h- ospital of salmonella of mouse t- yphoid was Present in four hospi- tals from 1984 to 1985.It was Pre- sent as fulminantepidemic within the hospital in the Pediatrc dep- artment in two of the four hospi- tals.There are totally 48 caseswith mouse typhoid in the two yeer P eriod,in which 40 cases was inf- ected with in hospital.one year of age and the younger sick children were 83.33%.The motality was 10%.The dates of hospitalization was elongated to an average of 17 days.The strain of bacillus are r esistant to various drugs.The tro- uble in curing and the high morta- lity brought a lot of trouble to the medical workers.It endaegers the health and the life of the P- atients in the hosaital.After the analysis of the clinical features of the 40 cases infected within the hospital,the author Proposes the management to Prevent the cross infection within hospital.To est- ablish an authority committee— —“the cross infection with in h- ospital controlling commit tee” should be advised.In order to so ve this Problem some special addl roaches should be adopted.
