| 摘 要： | 目的:探讨退伍截瘫军人的心理健康状况及与社会支持的相关性。方法:运用症状自评量表(SCL-90)及社会支持评定量表对12例退伍截瘫患者进行调查,探讨退伍截瘫军人的心理健康状况及与社会支持的相关性。结果:退伍截瘫军人有不同程度的心理障碍,主要表现在躯体化、抑郁、强迫症状、焦虑等方面,与国内常模比较差异有显著性(P<0.01),截瘫军人的心理健康水平与社会支持度呈正相关(P<0.05)。结论:退伍截瘫军人有不同程度的心理障碍,对截瘫军人应加强社会支持的力度。

| Abstract: | Objective:To investigate correlation of mental health and social support in the paraplegic veteran soldiers.SCL-90 and the Social Support Rating Scale were used to investigate 12 cases of paraplegic veteran soldiers.Results:Paraplegic veteran soldiers had varying degrees of psychological disorder,mainly in the somatization,depression,obsessive-compulsive symptoms,anxiety,etc.,there were significant differences to compare with domestic norm(P<0.01);the mental health status and social support was negatively correlated(P<0.05).Conclusion:Paraplegic veteran soldiers have varying degrees of psychological disorder,so should strengthen the level of social support. |
