应用Beyond冷光美白仪治疗变色牙临床疗效观察

目的:观察Beyond冷光牙齿美白仪对各种变色牙的美白效果。方法:将选取的56例患者,应用Beyond冷光牙齿美白仪进行漂白治疗,对美白前后牙齿照相存档,然后进行美白后的比色。结果:经Beyond冷光美白仪治疗后,可平均提高6个Vita色阶,总显效率为71.42%,总有效率为94.64%;各组显效率差异有显著意义(P<0.05),其中对于增龄性着色牙、轻度四环素变色牙的美白效果最好,中度四环素变色牙次之,氟斑牙效果较差。在治疗中,有48例患者(85.71%)出现了不同程度的牙齿敏感症状,均在术后24h内缓解。结论:Beyond冷光美白治疗变色牙简捷、安全和有效,是目前较好的牙齿美白技术。
