正交实验优选姜炭炮制工艺的研究

摘    要:目的:筛选姜炭炮制的最佳工艺。方法:采用正交试验,以浸出物含量、凝血时间为指标,结合成品性状,对姜炭的炮制工艺条件进行优选。结果:姜炭炮制的最佳工艺为250℃,烘制15min。结论:所选的最佳炮制工艺较为合理,能为制定姜炭饮片的质量标准提供依据。

The study to optimize the processing technology of ginger charcoal by Orthogonal test

Abstract:Objective: to optimize the processing technology of ginger charcoal. Methods: collect the data of extractions, the clotting time and the characteristics of the finished product, then analyze them by orthogonal method, finally optimize the conditions for processing ginger charcoal. Results: the best method is to bake the ginger for 15min with the temperature of 2500C. Conclusion: the Selected processing technology is more reasonable.
