杜仲提取物对小鼠皮肤光老化保护作用的实验研究

摘    要:目的:研究杜仲提取物对光老化模型小鼠皮肤的保护作用。方法:用紫外光疗仪(UVA+UVB,模拟日光)照射KM小鼠,建立光老化小鼠模型,灌胃或外用给予杜仲提取物,观察小鼠皮肤的组织形态,测定小鼠血浆中超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)及丙二醛(MDA)的含量。结果:外用及灌胃低剂量杜仲提取物均能有效提高小鼠血浆中SOD活力(P<0.05)、降低MDA含量(P<0.05),且外用能显著减轻小鼠皮肤组织受损程度。结论:杜仲提取物具有抗皮肤光老化的作用,且外用优于口服,作用机制可能与其能够清除自由基和活性氧,从而防止组织过氧化损伤有关。

Abstract:Objective To study the protective effects of Eucommia extract on the skin of photoaging-model mice.Methods Irradiate KM mice with UV(UVA+UVB,simulate soler) machine to develop photoaging-model mice,Eucommia extract were given by Internal and external,then the histology of skin tissue was observed,the activities of superoxide dismutase(SOD) and the contents of malondialdehyde(MDA) were examined.Results Eucommia extract could enhance the activities of SOD(P<0.05),decrease the contents of MDA in both Internal and external(P<0.05),histological observation showed that external could improve the damage degree of the skin of mice.Conclusion Eucommia extract has the protective effect on the skin of photoaging-model mice,external is better than Internal,the mechanism may be related to eliminating free radicals and active oxygen,protecting the skin tissue from peroxide damage.
