精神分裂症并发高脂血症患者的综合干预对生活质量的影响

目的:探讨综合干预对精神分裂症并发高脂血症患者生活质量的影响。方法:将精神分裂症合并高脂血症患者随机分为研究组和对照组各19人,在常规药物治疗下研究组予以综合干预,疗程3月。采用住院精神病患者日常生活评定量表、血脂生化检测。结果:研究组甘油三脂检测值及住院精神病患者日常生活评定量表分值显著降低,与对照组比较有明显差异(P<0.05)。结论:综合干预可提高精神分裂症并发高血脂症患者的生活质量。

The effect of synthetical intervention to schizophrenic and hyperlipidmia patients

Objective:To observe the effect of synthetical intervention on schizophrenic and hyperlipidmia patients.Methods:Dividing 38 schizophrenic and hyperlipidmia patients into research group and comparative group in random.The comparative group is treated with simple drug therapy.The research group is intervened for 3 months based on this therapy.ADLPI are used in evaluation results before and after training.The level of blood lipid is detected before and after treatment.Results: After 3 months’ training,the research group,compared with the comparative group,ADLPI and the levels of blood lipid obviously declined(P﹤0.05).Conclusions: Synthetical intervention can obviously improve the quality of schizophrenic and hyperlipidmia patients’ lives.
