住院流浪精神病患者用药情况调查

目的:调查我院住院流浪精神病患者精神药物的使用情况。方法:采用一日法,以2011年3月26日为时间节点,对住我院324例流浪精神病患者(男性181例,女性143例)的治疗情况进行调查分析。结果:①未使用抗精神病药物者16.7%;单一使用抗精神病药物者55.2%,以利培酮最常用(28.4%);联用两种抗精神病药物者27.8%,以利培酮联用氯丙嗪最常用(10.8%);联用3种抗精神病药物者0.3%。②使用抗精神病药物排在前3位的是:利培酮,氯丙嗪,舒必利,无重大剂量用药者。③使用苯二氮类药物者9.3%,使用情感稳定剂者9.6%,使用抗抑郁药者0.9%。结论:本调查提示目前我院流浪精神病患者精神药物的使用情况比较规范合理,氯丙嗪等经典抗精神病药物的使用率仍较高,与相关经费投入不足有关。

The investigation of drug use to vagrant mental patients

Objective:To study the use of psychotropic drugs to vagrant mental patients in my hospital.Methods:selected day method(March 26th,2011) and investigated the situation of the treatment among 324 vagrant mental patients in my hospital(181male,143 female).Results: ①The patients with no antipsychotic drugs were 16.7%;the patients with single use of antipsychotics were 55.2% and risperidone is most common use(28.4%);The patients with combination of two antipsychotics were 27.8% and risperidone combined with chlorpromazine in the most common(10.8%);the patients with combination of three antipsychotics were 0.3%.②the usage of antipsychotics among the top three were risperidone,risperidone,chlorpromazine,sulpiride,with no a great deal of dose of drug users.③The usage of benzodiazepine drugs,emotional stabilizer,and antidepressants were 9.3%,9.6%,0.9%,respectively.Conclusions: It’s suggested that the use of psychotropic drugs to the current vagrant mental patients in our hospital is more standardized and reasonable.The usage of classical antipsychotics remains high,such as cholorpromazine,and is unrelated to insufficient financial input.
