膜联蛋白-1及碱性成纤维细胞生长因子在前列腺癌中的表达

目的探讨膜联蛋白-1及碱性成纤维细胞生长因子在前列腺癌组织的表达及意义。方法 61例前列腺癌组织、40例癌旁组织、40例正常前列腺组织,应用免疫组织化学法检测膜联蛋白-1及碱性成纤维细胞生长因子在3种组织中的表达。结果正常前列腺癌组织、癌旁组织及前列腺组织中膜联蛋白-1阳性表达率分别为19.67%,22.50%及72.50%,碱性成纤维细胞生长因子阳性表达率分别为70.49%,42.50%及25.00%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01);碱性成纤维细胞生长因子阳性表达在年龄、肿瘤大小、组织分化程度、肿瘤浸润深度、淋巴结转移、TNM分期及远期转移上差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论联合检测膜联蛋白-1及碱性成纤维细胞生长因子有助于前列腺癌的早期诊断与治疗。

Expressions of annexin-1 and basic fibroblast growth factor in prostatic carcinoma

Objective To study the expressions of annexin 1(ANX-1) and basic fibroblast growth factor(bFGF) in prostatic carcinoma.Methods The expressions of ANX-1 and bFGF were detected with immunohistochemical SABC method in 61 cases of prostatic carcinoma,40 cases of adjacent tissues and 40 cases of normal prostate mucosa.Results The expression rate of ANX-1 was 19.67%,22.5% and 72.5% respectively,and of bFGF was 70.49%,42.50% and 25.00% in prostatic carcinoma,adjacent tissues and normal prostate mucosa,which showed significant differences among these three groups(P<0.01).There was a significant difference in positive expression of bFGF in different ages,tumor sizes,histologic differentiation degrees,depths of tumor invasion,lymph node metastasis or not,TNM stages and long-term metastasis(P<0.05).Conclusion The combination detection of ANX-1 and bFGF helps the diagnosis and therapy of prostatic carcinoma in the early period.
