阿托伐他汀对血脂水平正常脑梗死患者颈动脉粥样硬化斑块的影响

目的观察阿托伐他汀对血脂水平正常的急性脑梗死患者颈动脉粥样硬化斑块稳定性的影响。方法血脂水平正常、首次发生脑梗死患者180例,随机分为观察组88例和对照组92例,对照组给予常规治疗,观察组在常规治疗基础上给予阿托伐他汀20mg/次,1次/d,口服,疗程均为12个月。2组分别于治疗前、后应用彩超检测颈动脉内膜-中层厚度及不同斑块类型,并进行比较。结果治疗12个月后,观察组颈动脉内膜-中层厚度较对照组降低(P<0.05);脂质型动脉粥样硬化斑块较入院时减少,而纤维型动脉粥样硬化斑块较入院时增加(P<0.05)。结论阿托伐他汀可提高动脉粥样硬化斑块稳定性,降低颈动脉内膜-中层厚度。

Effect of atorvastatin on carotid atherosclerotic plaques in acute cerebral infarction patients with normal lipid level

Objective To observe the effect of atorvastatin on stabilization of atherosclerotic plaques of carotid in acute cerebral infarction patients with normal lipid level.Methods A total of 180 acute cerebral infarction patients with normal lipid level were randomly divided into 2 groups,atorvastatin group(n=88) and control group(n=92).Control group received routine treatment and atorvastatin group received 20 mg atorvastatin each day for totally 12 months in addition to the routine treatment.These two groups were measured carotid intima-media thickness and types of plaques before and after treatment.Results After 12-month treatment,carotid intima-media thickness decreased(P<0.05) in atorvastatin group in comparison with control group.The lipid-type plaques decreased and fiber-type plaques increased in number obviously in atorvastatin group after treatment(P<0.05).Conclusion Atorvastatin can increase the stability of atherosclerotic plaques and decrease carotid intima-media thickness.
