| 摘 要： | 目的调查全麻插管手术患者并发呼吸道感染状况,探讨相关危险因素及预防措施。方法采用回顾性调查方法,选择2008年1月-2009年12月在医院手术室行全麻插管择期手术患者,随访术后患者呼吸道感染状况,同时对麻醉机呼吸回路空气分别在术前、术后进行细菌培养。结果共调查180例全麻手术患者,术后随访确诊38例发生呼吸道感染,发生率为21.1%,感染发生率与患者自身年龄高低呈正相关(P<0.05),与手术时间长短差异无统计学意义;麻醉机呼吸回路气体细菌培养术前及术后阳性率均较高。结论麻醉医师一定要无菌操作,做好麻醉机呼吸回路的无菌化管理,采取有效措施,降低全麻插管手术患者术后呼吸道感染的发生率。 |
