应用全程跟踪卡确保器械交接准确

目的便于器械交接时清点核对,明确责任,加强工作人员责任心,确保器械交接准确无误。方法自行设计制作全程跟踪卡,用于临床科室自有专科器械,伴随回收、清洗、包装、灭菌全过程,每个交接环节的责任人均需清点无误后确认签字。结果应用全程跟踪卡后,科室自有专科器械的交接未出现任何差错与纠纷,效果良好。结论全程跟踪卡的应用大大增强了消毒供应中心工作人员的责任心,提高了工作质量,有效避免了器械交接环节多而易出现的差错,值得推广应用。
