| 摘 要： | 目的探讨输血相关传染病在大样本、非特定输血患者中的分布。方法选择医院2001年1月-2009年12月71 609例次输血患者,输血前进行HBsAg、抗-HCV、抗-HIV和梅毒抗体检测分析。结果受血者输血前HBsAg阳性率12.34%,按年度统计为11.19%～13.51%;抗-HCV阳性率1.53%,按年度统计为0.91%～2.79%;梅毒抗体阳性率1.81%,2006-2009年采用ELISA法检测,梅毒抗体阳性率2.30%,按年度统计为1.61%～2.55%;连续9年共确认HIV阳性者63例,抗-HIV阳性率0.09%,主要分布在20～50岁、农民工群体及男性。结论输血相关的传染病在受血者输血前均有一定感染率,但感染率波动不大;虽然HIV感染率较低,但对高危群体的检测和防治应引起高度重视。
