| 摘 要： | 目的了解医疗废物监管中存在的问题及卫生监督人员对医疗废物监管相关知识的掌握情况,进一步完善医疗废物管理规范及标准,提高卫生监督人员医疗废物监管能力。方法采用填写医疗废物监管调查和医疗废物监管知识问卷的形式,随机选取北京地区19个区(县)卫生监督所(含燕山)从事医疗废物日常卫生监督执法的81名卫生监督人员进行调查。结果被调查人员对现行的《医疗废物管理条例》及其配套规范性文件在科学性、可操作性及监管依据的合理性的评价满意度较高,>62.20%的卫生监督人员能掌握医疗废物暂时贮存、运送、液体废物及污水处理方面的知识,但仍有>50.00%的卫生监督人员对医疗废物分类收集方面知识掌握较差,尤其是被体液血液及其制品污染过的垃圾分类、监管相关内容理解有误。结论在医疗废物的管理中即要严格执行法规,又应避免医疗废物的扩大化,重新修订医疗废物分类目录,配套完善实施细则,加强监管人员的培训,是提高医疗废物监管能力建设的关键。 |
