| 摘 要： | 目的探讨清洁切口颅脑手术患者并发颅内感染的相关因素。方法选择医院神经外科2007年2月-2009年2月512例清洁切口颅脑手术患者,总结分析开颅术后颅内感染的危险因素。结果 512例颅脑手术患者发生颅内感染20例,感染率为3.90%,脑脊液培养阳性率仅为10.00%;急诊开颅手术颅内感染率为5.23%,而择期手术的颅内感染率为1.60%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);幕上开颅手术后的颅内感染率为2.81%,幕下开颅手术后的颅内感染率为7.44%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);术后发生脑脊液切口漏的颅内感染率为14.70%。结论手术时间长及急症手术、幕下手术、脑脊液切口漏、颅内引流管留置时间长以及合并糖尿病等是颅内感染的危险因素;针对不同的危险因素采取相应的预防措施可降低术后颅内感染的发生率。
