| 摘 要： | 目的研究造血干细胞移植患者发生临床感染的一般规律,以指导临床护理。方法通过调查206例造血干细胞移植患者感染发生率,以及病原菌培养结果,提出相关护理策略。结果 206例造血干细胞移植患者中,发生医院感染56例,感染率为27.2%;病原菌检出阳性率为16.6%;感染部位以上呼吸道感染为主占41.1%,其次为胃肠道和下呼吸道。结论造血干细胞移植患者,发生临床感染有其特殊性和复杂性,病原体及感染灶常不明确,临床表现常不典型,病原菌培养检出率低;提示护理人员做好造血干细胞移植后并发症护理,运用正确方法预防感染。
